I called HHonors first and they said officially it's not included but each property has their other policy and I should call them directly. It makes sense cause most hotels in Jerusalem give breakfast for free to all guests.
I think in Israel that's the standard

citadel, plaza and many others charge for breakfast

Quote
Dear Mr. ......,

Thank you for contacting the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem.
My apologies for the delayed response.

Our Kashrut level is Rabbanut Yerushalayim for all of our meals.  If you would like more information about our Kashrut, you can contact Rabbi Elyashiv at 050-594-4672.
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in the Palace restaurant every morning.
We have two restaurants; the Palace (French, meat) and King's Court (Italian, dairy).
Our Shabbat meals are served in the Palace Restaurant and are pre-paid: $110 per adult per meal and $70 per child per meal.
For Shabbat, there are keys to the rooms and check out is after Shabbat ends.

Please contact me if I can be of any further assistance.

Best Regards,
Naomi

So for does who claim hey have Rubin there you go

It wouldn't be as surprising as him having a cellphone number... and answering calls about hotel kashrus

I just spoke to Naomi on the phone.

1) She said 80k HHonors gets the standard room.
2) It does NOT include breakfast (since my card is black... assuming that means I am not silver or gold..)
3) Kashrus is RABANUT YERUSHALAYIM.

Are there any other details booking with 80k HH?

I'm at the WA Jerusalem this week over shavuot, and the lunch is 495 shekel for adults, 370 shekel for my daughter, approx. $390 in total! I'm going to try to find a less expensive option at a hotel nearby. Any ideas appreciated.

We checked in last night, and love the hotel, breakfast, and service.

Did you try the option for just doing takeout? Might not be that glorious but it is a good option
