Had dinner at the Waldorf last night and spoke with the Mashgiach at length.

Currently all the meat and chicken being served is under Rubin, Shearis or Agudah hechsherim.

He said to check back as it may change

As per the meal, the steak was just like any other I've had in a good Israeli restaurant but the service was exceptional

Just some notes about my stay.

Stayed here for Shabbat. Got the hotel Friday around 2pm, check in was fast and efficient. They then had someone come up and lead me to the room and show me how to use the light controls etc.

About 10 minutes later room service came to bring me a plate of fruits and bottle of wine. About 30 min later they came again to bring another plate. ??? ???

Friday night dinner I at at the hotel, The fish was Salmon in a tomato sauce and the soup was a choice of chicken or split pea (i had the split pea). Both the fish and soup was served to you. Right when you sat down they bring you some assorted salads. For the main dish, they clear the table and bring you some more salads. For the meat they have a small table set up in the back with servers who dish out the main food, it was chicken, duck, beef, and lamb (the lamb was quite amazing). Desert was lemon meringue pie with sorbet and cut up fruit.

Breakfast was the usually israeli style breakfast. Different breads, rolls, bagels, and pretzel bags. They had assorted danishes but of higher levels. Their was the classic cereal section but with many different types of things to add it. There was hard boiled eggs and some time of kugel. And then the fished and other sections. All in all it was a classic breakfast but just the food was of higher quality and definitely worth waking up for.

Shacharis I davened in the hotel which was fast and convenient.

Shabbat Lunch was nothing too special and just picking up some food and eating in your room or the like would be better.

Checked was fast and convenient. Overall a great stay and would recommend it.

I respectfully disagree, I thought friday dinner was nothing special but lunch was excellent.

Care to elaborate? I'm planning a stay there in a few weeks and am very interested in first hand reviews of the meals.

Warning: One MAY NOT use the refrigerator in the room on Shabbos.
Every time you open the door, the light turns on. The only way to have the light not turn on, is to leave the door to fridge open and never close it. Even if that is done, there is another issue. There are electric sensors in the fridge which record every time something is removed or placed in the fridge.
Shout out to Meshugener!

I wouldn't call it a refrigerator as it's a automatic minibar that detects when you take something from the fridge and there is no extra space in there.

The minibar was installed and is run by a private company, not the hotel management
