Hi Tripper,
I've checked out the promotional offer and I see that the offer became effective from 15th March, 2012.
You missed it by 10 days.
I can take a one time exception for you in this case as I see that you have met all the criteria on this offer. That is, you just need to meet the following conditions:
1) Enrollment in the British Airways Executive Club. You were already enrolled.
2) British Airways Executive Club account should be linked to your Membership Rewards account.
3) Minimum transfer of 1,000 Membership Rewards points.
You were already meeting these conditions at the time of transfer.
However, not for the full 50% of the total transfer. Just for 30% of the total points transferred which is equal to 3,000 points. I've taken special permission for this authorization.
I've now issued 3,000 points to your rewards account.
I am sorry I cannot help you with earlier transfers.
