I assume that this was intended to be solved by the standard order of operations (and answered accordingly), but you can actually get 2 different answers with different calculators. The easiest way to show this is to run the problem through the Windows calculator in 'standard' mode and then again in 'scientific' mode (you can switch by clicking view and then the appropriate mode). You'll see that standard view will return 0 because it processes the operations as you put them in, which is to say left to right. But in scientific view it will return 14 because it processes the operation according to the standard order of operations.
