I'm trying to find a flight from DTW to LGA on sunday june  24th, there is a business seat available on AA.com (saaver 25k) but it is not showing on BA.com,

if this route is normally 4,500 points than is this 9,000 or 13,500?

Also is there any way to book such a ticket without calling? i don't want to pay the phone booking fee.

Thats a first class route you need to search for business and then switch to first.

When you say switch to first do you on BA.com while booking?
because i don't see an option as it just tells me there is nothing available and i should start over or purchase a ticket

If it's on AA.com, odds are it's available (I don't think there's a known phantom-availability issue with AA). PUTPAC BA.

It has happened.

Trying every which way and cant get BA to bring it up
AA shows two seats on biz class but KVS (as below) and BA website only show 1

03 Jun 2012 AA/MQ      4642    LGA   10:25     YYZ   12:10              CS1

2 seats werent actually available. Seems AA is showing phantom availability.

Also had an issue tonight with AA.com showing CX (paid) when it wasnt available.
