I am trying to book a standard award ticket for an infant under 2 yrs old. When I try entering passenger info I receive an error message stating that child must be between 2 - 11 years old in order to reserve such a seat. Anyone have any experience booking a regular seat with points for a child under 2 on BA?
Change the DOB.

And it won't be an issue when I get to airport if DOB doesn't match passport?

Most of the times you can put in ant DOB and you'll be fine.

Does AA fly that route ?  If so check on their website saver availability. If you find call ba to book.

You get that message when you are looking for paid flights. Make sure you select book with Avios

Less, I recommend you read Dan's write ups on ba. They are not too long and very helpful and informative.

Im looking to book a flight for 2 ppl, but only one is showing up. Is there good chance a second seat will show once I grab the 1st? It's an American flight from LGA to YYZ. On AA.com it also doesn't show when I put in 2 ppl.

I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

I've gotten last minute seats on that route a few times but usually very last minute. When's it for?

Buy 1.  Your risk is $5.60 up until 24 hrs before the flight.  And keep checking.  Another may open.  Availability w BA changes constantly.
