trying to book a flight out of an account thats not mine. CC keeps declining, I'm guessing because the name on the card don't match the name on the account. GC didnt work either. How do I get the purchase to go through?

I know that ba.com is quite glitchy, but I am realizing that in any search for an award flight on AA, it only shows the first 6 flights available on AA (which includes flights that only have First Class availability). Also, when looking from award tickets from NYC, it no longer lets you specify an airport, and gives all airports (JFK, LGA, EWR) no matter which airport was chosen in the search.

Any workarounds? (I know I can sit on the phone with BA, put if there was a trick to do online, that would be much appreciated.)

For example, I am looking to book a flight from JFK to MIA, and the only options given are the first 6 flights in the morning from all NYC airports, of which none have Economy. On AA.com there are several flight available.

Thank you all.

I've never seen that feature on BA, where do you find that?

sorry if the answer to this can be found elsewhere, but i wasnt able to find it.

If ba.com shows availability for an economy award flight, does that automatically mean that it will be available with iberia avios?
i was under the impression that that's the case, but searching for a flight now from memphis to dca, and when i put in the dates and cities, i get this message
"We regret to inform you that there are no connecting flights between the cities selected."

can anyone please shed some light?

thanks so much!

Call Iberia.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.
