I've been trying to cancel an Avios booking online for the past few days and keep getting:

"Unfortunately our systems are not responding, so we are unable to process your request at the moment.
We apologise for this inconvenience and suggest you try again later."

Any ideas what to do? If I do it by phone it will cost me $40/passenger, right?

Can someone explain to me what is going on here?
I found an AB flight direct from MIA-DUS in J on AA.com.
I can't get it to show up on BA though. Called in and they said they couldn't see it either.

J or C is standard nomenclature for a business class booking.

Thanks.

Hearing lots of problems with BA not showing AB flights.
Have you HUCA'd already? Try to get them to long sell?

yes but before looking at the screenshot , i thought that he only saw J - which is Standard Class on AA and would explain why hes not seeing it on BA . he needs to look for U which is saver.

3x. No luck and all agents refused to long sell.
What's also strange is that they found space in coach but coach doesn't show up on AA or BA for the dates I need.

There was a guy tweeting me last week about this issue and somehow he figured out a way around it.
Look into it.

I assume you are talking about this?
I don't see him saying anywhere that he figured it out.
Any ideas on where/how to look into it?

Search AB, then call BA to book it (if they're avail).

Looking to book NYC - CLE 12/26-12/29  for 4 people using avios. On AA.com there are plenty of return flights but in BA.com I cant get enough seats on the return flight (only 1 first class avail, AA shows plenty seats available.) If I wait a bit or until the last minute will more seats be released or I risk not being able to book even with money? Should I rather book on AA? Any other options?

Not for the saver awards. Greyed out from the 26th-30th.
