I booked my family on an AA flight with my Avios and paid the tax with my Sapphire card. CSR said that the baggage fee will not be waived bec. I didn't pay tax with a Citi AA card. One person on my reservation is a Citi Platinum Advantage card holder will all pple on the reservation have their baggage fee waived if I put in the FF#?

Which CSR said that? BA, AA, Citi or Chase? Either way, he/she is wrong. If you have a Citi Platinum AA, so long as you put the same AA number that is on your Citi account on the reservation under your name with AA than you will have the free bag for you and your companions booked on the same reservation.

It could be this question was answered, I'm trying to fly to Cleveland Feb 5th, and there is only one flight available and it's business class, it sounds funny top me we are 2 months from there and there are no direct flights available

yes and i called them too AA and BA

AA agent told me now they have some errors and aa.com dont show right availability, i was on a call with advantage agent and aa.com support and they told me he is going now to remove air berlin from online for now

Hello everyone,

I have tried booking BWI – ORD using avios and I find absolutely nothing. When I try booking on BA normally (without using avios), it returns with an error on the top of the page stating “British Airways does not have traffic rights to operate directly between these two cities.” Same thing with Philidelphia-ORD bookings. Is there anyway to book these flights using avios?

Have you been looking only at BA's website, or checking AA's website as well?

It seems that the avios search engine is really buggy. When searching for an AA flight which is definitely available as confirmed on the AA site it didn't show up on BA because it's later in the day. BA in its search results only gives me about the first eight flights and didn't show the later ones. It seems like a bug in the system that it's missing a "next" button to search later flights.

You need to play with the codes like NYC/LGA/JFK and keep trying again. If that all fails, PUTPAC.
