the rules are that you need 2 forms of ID for any name that will receive mail (otherwise usps will not deliver)any way around that?
I have a PO Box for a Yeshiva and get mail for dozens of names without any issues. The only time ID was mentioned is when someone sends a package that cannot fit in the box and they put a note in to pick it up at the counter. They always give me the package but sometimes mention that the names needs to be on the account and would need ID.
