My son bought many refurb Ipad's and the only thing different was a sticker that said refurb. If the sticker was not there you would not know the difference.

there is a 90 day warrenty that started about two weeks ago, so it is really about a 60-70 day warrenty.
All refurbished items come with 90 day warrenties

it came in a bag, which I never opened
