Nope, but the better question is why waste a card approval for points that aren't worth much?

Simply.  You can buy 60K points for $360 directly from Priority Club.
Let me know where you can buy 50K Sapphire points for even double that price.  You can't.

If you have every desirable card then close one (shift the line over to another) and open a better card again, don't waste it on an app that doesn't even give half the value of another.

But MnM1330 still has a point, even if you value PC as worth much less than SP, she values it as worth more, as she's able to get better value for her needs.

Unless you're suggesting she get a UR-earning card and bater the points somewhere for PC points.

Or find a buyer for them and the PC points directly from PC at a third of the price of UR points.

i still get my value for PC points- but if i sell UR points i can get $$ and buy even MORE PC points.. i got it.. but in a sense its not a terrible card to get 80k after 1$ purchase, and have a really good use for it...- but the SP WILL get me more.

Dan,
i currently have chase SP, INK bold, United, Continental, and i don't have the abilities to reach the spending limit on any new card right now (unless it very low) and don't want a card that has a yearly fee. I plan on doing a 3BM with Marriott premier, Priority Club, and Freedom. Do you suggest anything else. I am looking for hotels stays as of now for an upcoming trip to Zurich.

Also is it a problem that my last 3BM was a month and a half ago. I have great credit (730).

It's not terrible, but quite simply you can buy 80K for $480 and sell 53,500 UR from cards like Sapphire or Ink Bold for over $900.

What about Hyatt?  What about converting the SP to a WMC and applying again?

Plenty of people.  But just don't do it on DDF as it's against the rules.

Why? Could it get u into trouble since you're the owner?
