Why? Could it get u into trouble since you're the owner?
Nope, because you can get in trouble for selling miles.  In face it's happened here before, thus the reason for the blanket rule.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

I hate to ask, but did you assist in the process?

How can I assist?  Once you're caught you're caught.  Might as well talk to a doorknob.

Nope.  Their sleuths pieced together what they needed on their own.

That's incredible. Unless the guy was a clown and posted his name and address (or enough info to be tantamount) on DDF.

Or if you say how many points you got from TIB or if your username can indicate your actual name, and you post your location, not hard at all.

Thus the reason for the ban.

Maybe Dan doesn't want to be assisting the airlines, wasn't that your original question? :P

I hope you're not talking about my being closed down in AA. I don't think I posted details until after the whole incident.
(Although as luck would have it, e/t just flared up a few days ago since I can be a real dummy. I'll post about it if I can resolve matters)

So can you just tell us the whole story?  It would satisfy some curiosities and all the theories people have in their heads.

Long ago selling miles was allowed on the site. [Fill in the airline] monitors these kinds of websites for such activity. Saw the username or some other defining characteristic of the sale and shut down the account because of it.
The End.
Life isn't about checking the boxes. Nobody cares.

What about Hyatt?  What about converting the SP to a WMC and applying again?
i converted my SP to WMC in order to apply again for SP visa before the 50k bonus is over... I wanna do 3 browser... was thinking
1)SP
2)southwest
3) priority club

would u recommend anything better as substitute?
Already have United, Hyatt and Freedom
Should I move hyatt credit and close it to try again?
I would have particular use for priority club hotels...

Already done... but just curious why you say Marriott points are worth more?
