Paying your CC from someone else's Bank Account

Occasionaly I pay my CC with a direct online payment from someone else's bank account. I havent had any problems yet and was wondering if anyone ever had any problems with paying from an account that the name doesnt match the CC account?

 Not at all and I have it done almost every month

 friend/s want to stay at a Hotel but dont have any pts with the Program. So I make the res for them and they in turn Charge my CC the amount needed to replace the Pts used

when the bill is due they send in what they owe from their Bank acct and I pay what I owe from mine.
