31,000 TYP JFK-FRA RT in Y, who offer's a cheaper rate than that?
+$147.
And then add intra-EU costs unless you happen to want to go to FRA. Plus it's hard to connect to the FRA-JFK flight due to the timing.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yup if you need to go to Frankfurt it's a great deal. The YQ is very low.

How many people here are flying to FRA as a final destination though?

For the right price, maybe just to check out the FCT with a return on LH F :) There are also plenty of other cities in Germany, Swiss, Belguim, Netherlands a train ride away. Or 4,500 Avios can get you lots of other places, and still be a great deal.

You can gift it, but they will expire after 90 days IIRC.

By logging into your thank you account, there are options to gift it. Or you can call them up.

Probably Flyingblue or Krisflyer.

Any particular reason? I've never redeemed with either of those.

But you can only gift to someone who already has a Citi TYP acct, please CMIIW.

If we're bumping all of Mesh's threads today, lets not forget this all time classic. One of the best of DDF, as well as DD.

Brokers are offering a measly 1.15 for thank you's. Any way to maximize value?

PM's are welcome.
