Finger Lakes, NY
« on: March 27, 2012, 02:28:51 AM »
I am thinking of taking a 2-3 day trip to the Finger Lakes this coming Chol Hamoed, I am looking for any info I can get such as what's the best part to go to and what hotels to stay at and also if there is anything to do there kid-friendly.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also I just looked for hotels on TripAdvisor, there doesn't seem to be a normal hotel in Cooperstown... Where would I stay?

Great, but is it worthwhile for a 2-3 day trip?

wouldn't go with kids those ages (especially if you didn't know what was there)

A kid that age can definitely appreciate an aquarium or a children's museum

What to do there?
Take out a boat
Six flags (if it's open)
Arcades
Mini golf
There's a sick tree climbing place 20 minutes north
There's a beach (never been)
Hiking
Rafting/tubing
indoor rock climbing
I believe there are also some museums

Thanks, very informative, how about where to stay? (Obviously would try to use hotel points toward it if its worth it).

This place looks nice and expensive, but will be closed on Chol Hamoed
