I apologize for the thread title if it's misleading, but I am not providing a guide to earning and using miles, but rather I am seeking one. I know you're busy Dan, but a sticky at the top of this forum would be wonderful.
As for my particular questions, I suppose the first is more of a general question. Are miles (clubs, CCs, etc.) for me? My family flies 4 or 5 round-trips per year domestically (usually cheap fares on SW and AT) and once every 5 years or so a flight to Israel. While I never splurge for it, if it's really economical I'd love to start flying business or 1st class. Any feedback?
