Personally, with the amount of people I saw this morning waiting in line to buy tix, I bet the end jackpot will ultimately be more than that.

P.s. I don't know if this post is considered a halachic commitment, since "אין אדם מקנה דבר שלא בא לעולם", though it isn't so simple in the case of a מתנה.

In that case, you could've bought a ticket a different week - those prize amounts stay the same. (And a plus to buying a different week would be that you would also have a better chance at winning the jackpot).

Do people really think that buying 100 tickets will help them out that much more than buying one ticket?
