Anyone know how much of each ticket goes into just the grand prize payout? We could then get a good idea how many tickets are being sold. This would be the key to any calculations.

I doubt that's public knowledge. Though to throw a complete guess out there with no basis at all, I'll say 50/50.

I don't think you understood. They are offering a losing ticket I already have the winner. So you can throw your dollar away or make a 27 million dollar return per dollar
