Is it correct to use the comma in the following sentence?
I am not disagreeing, but it all depends on what the law is.
I think you leave out the comma. "It all depends on what the law is" cannot be an independent clause.

https://www.grammarly.com/blog/comma-before-but/

ETA: On second thought, I think it can be an independent clause, and thus the comma is warranted.

The reason I ask is because sometimes I grammar check. I can't believe how many commas it wants me to use, and it wants me to use "too" also. H*LL NO ON "TOO"!!!
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

It won't check the second "to".
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

What is a costumer?
They're at the dress-up center.
Small people talk about other people.
Average people talk about things
BIG PEOPLE TALK ABOUT IDEAS.

Random isn't a synonym for miscellaneous.

Being in a miscellaneous collection doesn't mean it's there by chance.
