Probably a good idea to set a reminder as you may not be in Shul. Myzmanim offers a free alert and they are prob most reliable, but SMS in general has its issues with many carriers. Setting multiple alerts is prob the best.https://www.myzmanim.com/alertsdemo.aspx?vars=
You can also set up a recurring calendar meeting / reminder (mobile popup) at set time every night.
Anyone have a recommendation for a software to setup a reminder system via text for this sort of usage? I have mailchimp but they don't have their own sms system.
I still use @BAHayman's SMS reminders.
Not an app but I've got a service that sends out emails and or texts nightly... You can subscribe by sending an email/sms to omer@haymanhosting.com with the subject 8pm est or whatever time you want.

Still working.
Haven't been getting them. Is the system down?
Sadly, @BAHayman confirmed that it's down.
