If I fly to one Hawaiian island (OGG or HNL) on AS or AA with BA miles and have a connection to LIH on Island Air (booked with UA miles), am I totally out-of-luck if my first flight is delayed and I miss the connection? Or would AS, AA or UA help me out and get on another later flight?
