They should. If for some reason they aren't registered as a market you can always call Chase and they should honor the points.

I had that problem with charities. A simple call to Chase and they credited my account with around 6000 points.

seems it is a machlokes between the US rabbis and the israeli rabbis- US allows it- IE the star k (if i remember correctly) the Eida Charedis holds its kitnios. I asked my American Rav here in israel who told me i can eat it in the US but not in Israel-  ???

http://www.star-k.org/kashrus/kk-passover-quinoa.htm

"However, recent investigations have found that there is a possibility that Quinoa grows in proximity to certain grains and processed in facilities that compromise Quinoa kosher for Passover status. Therefore, Quinoa should only be accepted with reliable Kosher for Passover supervision."

also:   http://kosherfood.about.com/od/pesach/f/kfp_quinoa.htm

"Thus, Star-K issued a statement that “quinoa is 100% Kosher L'Pesach.” While all agree quinoa is not chametz, there are a few who consider it kitniyot. It should be noted that the rabbis recommend buying “whole grain” quinoa packed by a company that only packs quinoa, such as Ancient Harvest or Trader Joe’s brand, for Passover."
