Was a lot of fun! I would recommend going to a non-kosher winery in the area and then to hagafen for a tasting

yes I was not clear DW does not care about tasting the wine just thought it would be nice to tour a beautiful scenic winery along the way

is it worth to fly to SFO if I get lie down business class seats?  I dont care for SF much and really just want to take that beautiful scenic drive on the PCH.  So just wanted your thoughts about flying to San Jose without lie down seats but being closer or fly into SFO with lie down seats

In advance it seems the only options for J flat lie down is JFK-SFO for 32.5K one way using AA miles? Seems like lots of dates some even at 25K. 

checking availability on United EWR-SFO J reveals basically zero available dates for saver award would need to use 50K

My question are all business class seats on AA flights flat lie down seats from JFK-SFO?

if we are not planning on tasting any wine is there any winery we can tour without a charge or maybe worth it just driving by it?

I know people have stated what they like to do or stop by but I wanted to know which activities or sightseeing activities are cant miss along the PCH or is simply the drive down the PCH the most beautiful activity

IINM you can walk around modavi without going on an actual tour.

IMHO the 17 mile drive is something that CAN be skipped
