So then they told me they would upload the T&C to the "document center" on my online account. But I can't find a document center. So I call the online account people. They tell me there is no document center on business accounts.

This only gets better.

I haven't been able to do it online. But all up with your AA conf number. Not the BA conf number. And have them add it on the phone. Done that in the past

Based on my experience with AA flights booked on avios.
If the flight is booked from your avios account, u cant add AA FF# but if someone else's, that could thru AA website.
