I'll be living in Israel for about a year. I signed up for Chase Sapphire to avoid foreign exchange fees. its a visa, how do i turn it into a Mastecard to avoid Rental Insurance.?
i also opened a Schwab Checking account which reimburses ATM fees Worldwide.
any other ideas?
