What to Complain about if all is good?

As I see that some people seem to be using shops as free rental locations, as they are covered by their cc, I thought we need to help out those that are unlucky, and got a magnificent product or service, and not sure what to complain a about...

:) I know someone who always manages to find something wrong with a photobook so he gets another one.
