I'm not getting upset, I'm thinking out loud. BTW, I've contributed sometimes, I think, in fact I was just about to reply to your error msg from amex about the 25k upgrade, that earlier in that thread someone said that during the 1st year of having a bus gold you can't upgrade and will always get that msg.
