So its OK to share with some but not with others. Got it.
Your being sarcastic and i see that you don't really "get it"
Sharing the links to juicy offers within closed forums allowing the real mileage people (like the ones who really work to find/get the good offers and keep themselves abreast of the latest findings) is one thing. It's a whole other thing when these links get carelessly posted on every bloggers website, especially SD, which is a site that is not specifically dedicated to mileage deals, and is catered to the masses. I guess i just really don't want to see churning/mileage deals go away for good but i'm afraid it may be a little too late, as these open sites makes it easy for banks to realize what's happening and how easy it is for people to exploit their CC bonus's
As it is, citi AA cards are barely churnable, Chase is A/A'ing more people recently than i have ever heard about before, Amex stopped matching completely (Chase may be next- who knows??) etc etc
My point: people who really are into miles/cc deals will spend the time looking for what they want. People who need to be spoonfed with step by step directions from these new blog websites do not really deserve these deals because they kill them for everyone else.
my $.02
EDIT: It appears that since Daraius from Million Mile Secrets posted about the SPP conversion from visa --> mastercard, chase no longer allows this shtick. See what i'm getting at?
