the laptop is still under warantee, its almost 4 years old. Over the years they replaced the mother board twice, the hardrive and the dvd drive and sent me 2 new power bricks. I called a few months ago about the volume and power buttons not working since the last mother board replacement and they told me how to fix it myself and it didn't work.... the touchpad went haywire at least a year ago and they just told me to disable it if I use a regular mouse anyway.... the battery doesn't keep charge for more than a minute anymore....
what do I have to tell them to send me a complete new machine? I still use it a lot, no high specs but for web stuff its perfect.
