Kitniyot

Think Clal Yisrael should expand the definition to include quinoa?  (if your local LOR hasn't already)  What else should be considered kitniyot and assur'ed?

Why would we want to extend something that's ta'am is gone and will probably be abolished lala'asid lavo?

It isn't a question of extension, rather one of inclusion. For the record, people still find different grains mixed in with their legumes.
