--Maximum # of guests allowed or that can fit / Restriction on ages (kids)
--What floor of building (elevator/shabbos elevator)

There are also a bunch of whatsapp chats with rentals. These are often person-to-person (i.e. without an intermediary/agent fee, but confirm) and can be cheaper, but may also be riskier for both parties. Ideally get references when dealing with substantial amounts of money. To preserve the quality of the participants some people are reluctant to publicly post links to these chats. You can request someone PM you this info.

I'm looking to rent a nice well kept apt walking distance from the old city from August 5-13. I don't need more than 1 BR but will go for more if not too expensive. Looking to spend between $100-150 a night. Anybody?
