--# of Bedrooms / # of Beds / # of Bathrooms
--Maximum # of guests allowed or that can fit / Restriction on ages (kids)
--What floor of building (elevator/shabbos elevator)
--Neighborhood
--Price (or at least a range)
--Dates

There are also a bunch of whatsapp chats with rentals. These are often person-to-person (i.e. without an intermediary/agent fee, but confirm) and can be cheaper, but may also be riskier for both parties. Ideally get references when dealing with substantial amounts of money. To preserve the quality of the participants some people are reluctant to publicly post links to these chats. You can request someone PM you this info.

Anyone who is serious about renting out would at least give the approximate location of the property. No one is going barking up a tree when he had no clue where the property is even located. Make sense?

Hey guys, (this is a serious post  :P)
So i'm looking to rent my apartment out over Pesach in Maalot Dafna, Yerushalyim.

1st floor, 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 4 and a baby (crib), most utilities included in price, very large porch, central air conditioning/heat.

Price: Around $350 a week (depending on how many people staying)
Dates: March 14th-April 28th

Please ask whatever youd like to know!

There is an amazing short term rental guy who specializes with apartments in the Rechavia - Shaarey Chesed neighborhoods.

He has everything from standard apartments to super luxurious villas.

I have dealt with a great guy who does short term rentals for beautiful apartments mainly in Rechavia etc...

Hey! renting out my apt from feb 14th till apr. 14th located in ramat eshkol. its brand new furnished really big with 2 bedrooms 4 beds (and a crib) very reasonably priced!!
