The price depends on how many weeks you are taking it. If you are interested I'll put you in touch with my friend who is handling everything for me, as I'm in the states. It's ground floor so there is no porch unfortunately. It's only a few minutes walk to the heart building though, which has a wonderful view.

Looking for an apt for succos. Ideally a little before and a little bit after but not a must. In Sanhedria/gush shmonim or very close vicinity. Ideally 4 bedrooms or more but even if yours is smaller please let me know. On a low floor, succah capabilities, American standard. No little kids will be there so no need to worry about that.
