I am leaving Israel after this Zman

and I have a newly renovated (Jan 2012), 2 bedroom apartment available to rent from March 12th, 2013. It is located in central Ramat Eshkol, on Paran, next door to Sam's Bagels. The apartment is on a low floor, and has 2 brand new a/c-heating units installed last year.

Rent is $1400, I am not the landlord so you can't negotiate with me.

My 2 bedroom apartment (with a nice porch) 1 flight up- is available for a summer rental. AC in the living room. About a min and a half walk to the Kotel. I am not trying to make a profit- i just don't want to lose the rent since i will be in the US. (There is some fine print like- you're required to water my landlords plants-!) Price is 4500 shekels a month if you take it both months ( I'm willing to break it up to shorter times but it will be more money to cover the times its empty) -plus utilities

4700 shekel for rent (that price includes most of the furniture)

I agree. But why title the thread "short term" rentals it you wanted it to be for long term rentals too?

A friend of mine is getting married next week and is looking to rent an apartment until his own apartment has completed construction.
The dates he needs are from Feb. 11 until March 11. Most things he so far found are ridiculously expensive (around 3'000 $) for just one
month.

He would like something clean and nice, does not need more then 1 bedroom.

I saw two adds online, a studio on Nachlat Tsadok, Shaarei Chessed, Jerusalem and this 42 Kahanov, Shaarei Chessed, Jerusalem
but to access the contact info of the owner I have to pay 40$ even If i dont end up taking it...

Any leads ??

Have an apartment to rent out from rosh choidesh nissan until rosh choidesh yiar,
its in Romema 5min from Center one (Central bus station )
beautiful, modern, clean nicely furnished sleeps 6 people !
