I know it's early but looking for a 3 bedroom apartment rental for pesach. Tel Arzei/Gush Shmonim/surrounding neighborhood. Open to a house switch in 5towns (including 2 cars).

We all recall the time around Rosh Hashanah last year when the entire market crashed..

Any apartment that still remains unrented will face challenges in securing a rental income of $25,000.
