B'EH I'm looking into spending Shavuos in E'Y. Where/how can I find out about apartments that are available for rent for that time?

Is there an airbnb type of thing for E'Y?

Basically, I have no idea where to start but I am interested in spending Shavuos there but I would like to do it as cheap as possible.

I know it's early but looking for a 3 bedroom apartment rental for pesach. Tel Arzei/Gush Shmonim/surrounding neighborhood. Open to a house switch in 5towns (including 2 cars).

When I went to Eretz Yisroel for a summer BH"Z, I somehow got an apartment from a friend's friend's friend in The Mir who was coming to the US for BH"Z for a very decent rate; basically covering their rent & utilities for the month.

It would seem that that is the best way to find apartments there. If someone on DDF goes to The Mir, or Rav Shalom, or any of the other Yeshivos that may have Yungerliet coming to US for BH"Z and hangs up signs, they can charge a fee to make it worth their time, and it will still be much cheaper than the vacation rentals.

Most landlords of these apartments (that cater to American/British couples who can afford BeinHaz travel) don’t allow any subleasing of the apartments, so not sure the strategy would yield leads for apartments in the comp set of the short terms common today.

For pesach it’s easier to find. I’ve seen spreadsheets of people looking to rent out their apts direct for Nissan.

Renting in Ramat Eshkol for Pesach / Nissan - Very spacious, renovated, well furnished, 2 br, 1.5 bath, large dining room/living room and kitchen.

Elevator, 2 min walk from minyan factory, 2 min walk to Paran, 7 min to shmuel hanavi / bar ilan.

Only renting to someone responsible, preferably no kids... (or with a baby that is not old enough to damage anything)
