+ utilities meaning including?
succah porch, or stam porch?

It has a porch that can put a sukka i have everything except schach im not sure about and utilities include electricity basically

Is the porch big enough for a meal with 10 people?
My family is coming for succot so i'm keeping an eye out. They like coming from right after rosh hashana. Let me know when you know your dates.

It is narrow porch so i wouldn't say that it can accommodate 10 people i do have a narrow table but i dont think it would be so comfortable

Lol. Good Observation. We actually do have a number of people looking for apartments in different areas. We charge a 10% commision. We also offer property management if you are away at the time for another 10%. Its quite late for the summer but we are working on building the database for Sukkos and the rest of the year.

Rechavia - Shaarei Chesed rental: We have a freshly renovated two bedroom apartment availiable for the whole summer and succot.
The apartment is perfectly located on Rechov Abarbanel and for the summer I would consider an apartment & Car swap for something in NY/Lakewood...
