i am not a moderator- but i am pretty sure the rules are you must post a price. Also just a quick marketing tip- the dansdeals people are generally looking for a good deal- by not mentioning a price you are showing them that it might not be anything special. If it was a good deal- you would make sure to write it!

I'm not either a mod - but its been expressed many times on the forums that its very hard to post a price for apartment rentals for a number of reasons
1) depends on the length of the rental
2) depends on the season
3) rates negotiable - depending on how desperate the owner is.

While I know readers of this forum would typically be looking to use points or certificates for their lodging (present company included), offering  my family's apartment in Jerusalem (Arnona -- near the Tayelet/Sherover Promenade) for rent for August and the Yom Tovim.

3BR, 2 full bathroom, strictly Kosher fully equipped kitchen (oven/stove. microwave, dishwasher), living room area and dining area with  table that seats 8+  Central air and heat, washer/dryer, solar hot water plus Junkers instant hot water to supplement.  Sukkah balcony with views of Old City.

Master bedroom with two twin beds together (beds are electric adjustable beds with memory foam mattresses) and large closet, second BR with two twin beds and closet, large third bedroom with three nesting beds and desk/office area.  Apartment has WiFi and cordless phones.

Newly constructed, upscale building (called "luxury" by Jerusalem standards), two elevators (one Shabbat), two underground parking spaces in secure, remote controlled gated garage included in rental.

Around the corner from two makolets, one large supermarket, pizza store, ice cream (gelato), pharmacy, etc.  Two blocks off Derech Beith Lechem, short walk to Talpiot and Baka, walking distance to German Colony and hotels (and old city, a bit further).

Apartment has 7 beds, all with top quality linens, and apartment is furnished with all upscale furnishings and art work. 

Apartment has only had one previous rental tenant (last summer), who is returning again this summer for July.  Change of family plans (due to medical issues) forced cancellation of family travel this summer (August) and Chagim, so we've decided to offer the apartment for rent for August and the Chagim.

Prefer rental for August at the rate of $4,000 for the month, plus $150 cleaning fee, including all utilities.

Would consider $1,500 per week for August (plus cleaning fee).

Yom Tovim rental rate TBD based on length of stay.

there are 2 diras in arzey habirah long term 3000k/mo and 2 in ramot 750 a week private entrance i saw one in rechavia from $100/day. no info needed.

when one is serious, they give their name and contact info. if you really want to rent out, thats what you would do. no one would rent out to "Q" of a forum. does that make sense?
