Does anyone have any additional info on how this list of email addresses is associated with the lawsuit, and if there is any reason to be concerned if you received a copy of the subpoena?

Did you notice that AmexOffers@gmail.com is on that list? It almost seems like AA might have added a few names "just in case they're related to this lawsuit" as a ruse to reveal the email accountholders' identities...

The question is, where did they obtain this list from and what exactly are they looking for?
