A vendor I buy shipping services from has a credit card terminal (quickbook payments) that is recognized correctly by Chase as eligible for a shipping category bonus, but for some reason Amex considers it "business supplies" or something similar and not the shipping category.
The MCC is "Motor Freight Carriers and Trucking - Local and Long Distance, Moving and Storage Companies, and Local Delivery Services" 4214
Does anyone have any experience with getting amex to reconsider their classification? Amex account rep or something similar?
