Sorry I don't have previous experience with Ba I actually just got my first one,
Though somewhere to someone with a similar story it was recommended that he go ahead and change his ffn first.

i think its a lost case but the threshold is relatively small so you may try to hit spending anyway

I tried over and over via SM, calling, and Twitter. Ended up just doing the spend quickly and closing the card to get it refunded.

Address should work.
How many times can that work? (Meaning how many addresses does a person have access to?)

just got this email from BA not chase. will see what happens with the 50k points
"During a recent review of our database we noticed you have two active Executive Club accounts.
I have now merged your duplicate accounts and the membership number you should use in future is 4******.
Please quote this number when you book your flights, log in to your account online, or whenever you contact us.
If you’re collecting Avios through any of our partners, including our financial card partners, you may also want to make sure that they have your correct membership number on their records."

I was able to get them to match me to the 100,000k deal on July 7 for my card, which I opened in early May. My wife just applied for and was approved for the card, and asked to be matched, and she's getting turned down HARD, despite mentioning that "her colleague" was just matched to the offer.

They are claiming that the offer expired Jan 1 2014 (which I had no knowledge about, and claimed none) and that they can't comment on what happens with other customers accounts. Then they have the nerve to say that out of fairness to others, they can't match her because then other people would want it!

She's SMed a bunch of times, and the last response had something in it about if there is no new information included, further SMs will not get a response.

Any suggestions on getting matched to this or another offer?

I opened a new BA FFN and applied with it for a 2nd BA card (I closed my first one several months ago) and they sent me the card with my original FFN on it. About a week later I got a letter that I will not be receiving the bonus since I have already had the card in the past 24 months. Did I do anything wrong? Is there anything I can do now?

If I apply for the BA card now and a better deal comes out within the next few months (for example annual fee waived or increased bonus) , would I get matched?
Thanks in advance, and someone please respond
