I've shifted credit lines before with Chase and there was no pull. Rep actually reassured me that there wouldn't be any because I wasn't requesting additional credit. Just moving around.

Shifted credit from one line to another under BofA, they promised me it wouldn't be a HP, what do I see a few later, they did a HP.

Should I dispute or not bother?

Shifted CLs around last week, checked now, they did a soft pull.

It was actually strange, the regular CS couldn't do it, he had to connect me to lending services. (First time this happened to me).

Thats whats weird....its not, usually they also state on the BA statement that 50k miles were earned, it wasent listed....

If you finish spend within last 7 days of billing cycle it sometimes posts on the next statement.
