Anyone know why my chase statement would show that I earned the bonus this month but the points haven't shown up in my ba account?

If you had a different FFN in the past it might be in that account.

Chase told me it could take up to 6weeks to post with BA (even though it was showing from Chase) and mine did take almost that long but did post properly.

my brother got it and flipped out, doc wrote

" You can always try your luck and ask for compensation as well."

I had advised my brother right off the bat, they stressed the hell out of him, he was waiting on these points to book vacation, what should be requested ? 10k? 20k?

Has anyone gotten matched to the old offer (of 50k+25k+25k), since the new offer (of 50k +25k when you spend 15k on the card) came out?

I haven't seen any recent reports of success. I'm wondering if it's dead!   :'(

bu the way f anyone is interested I applied for the card a few months ago, right before they had the offer for 100k miles after 20k spend. I asked to be upgraded and was emailed that I would be...

a few months later after seeing that I was not upgraded, I emailed a complaint and received a letter by mail telling me that I was not qualified fr the offer because it was already more than 3 months since I had applied (the time of the first email was less than 3 months...).

after calling in the told me they would take care of it but would have to manually apply the points and I would have to call in..

its always manual. if they agree to match the offer before you complete the spend you need to contact them again to get the match completed after you finish the spend in the correct amount of time.

Yes, when I first got this card in Dec. 2013. I had to call in several times to get both the 25,000 bonuses to be posted manually.

I missed the bonus spend deadline and I still have $300 to spend. When I called Chase they told me they are submitting a request for a 2 week extension. How likely is it that they will approve this? How long should it take them to contact me (I spoke to them on Sunday)?

yes but what was interesting is the other part that after promising me that they would apply the offer to my card they were telling me that they couldn't find it and they sent me a card by mail that I was not qualified for the offer

if the last time i got he bonus on the card was over 3 year ago, and i closed the card also close to 3 years ago, do i still have to apply with a new FFN? or am i ok to apply with the existing FFN?
