Also got matched (via SM). Opened the card the first week of October.

I mentioned that I recently made a booking for a flight on BA.com and received this offer before purchasing my ticket (which is true but it happened a year ago). I just applied for the card a few weeks ago and thought I'd have nothing to lose by asking them to honor this deal.

They said:

Thank you for contacting Chase about British Airways
account.

Your enrollment offer is for 50,000 Avios after $2,000 in
spending the first 3 months. Please allow 4-6 weeks after
reaching the $2,000 spending threshold for the Avios to
post to your Executive Club account.

your account.

you shoulda sent it with that sm. Which did you ask to match? For the current 100k offer, you don't need a screenshot. At least ime
