Author Topic: Chase British Airways Card (Read 490809 times)

My wife had a chase BA card a few years back and she recently signed up for a new. The problem is, she changed her name, and her BA executive account is still under her maiden name. When you open the card Chase says that if you don't have an executive account, they will open a new one for you. Issue is, her email is already being used for her old account. She is accruing points, but we aren't sure where they are going.
Chase says that we have to contact BA, and BA says we have to contact Chase. BA says there is no account under her new name, just her maiden name.
Any ideas where these points are hiding?

Just ask chase to tell you the ba account number they're transferring the points to.

Can you get a conference call going with them? Maybe in branch?

I guess that may be a last resort. Just gonna be annoying to set up.

What did chase tell you when you asked them the account number points are being transferred to ?

They said they don't have access to that information. Told that by two different CSRs
