using ana miles with the least fuel surcharges

as i still have ana miles that im stuck with im trying to figure out what airline and to what destination is the least fuel charges and flying anywhere in europe up until now im coming up with crazy charges ex anywhere in england for an economy ticket it would be in the 750 range +38,000 miles to fra it would be 43,000 + 550 etc does anyone have a better idea around it or any other useful thing i can do with the miles

I'm in the same boat. i have 60k miles sitting in my account. For flying to Israel is there anyway to have the surcharges in a reasonable range or am I just best off redeeming the miles for Macy gift cards.
