Go to Callcentric.com and signup for for a free NY state phone number http://www.callcentric.com/did
once you get your number. signup here for pay per call and add at least $5 http://www.callcentric.com/rate/plans/
then go the 'call treatments' page and setup to forward all calls to your israeli number.
There are tabs for autorecharge etc.

Why do you need ipkall? Can't you just get a Free DID # from Call Centric and have them FWD it?

What I do is have google voice take over my sprint phone number (essentially porting my number to google). Now when I login i can select which phones ring and whicn phones don't. So for example since I have unlimited international data on my sprint phone, but NOT calling ($2/minute avg for calling), I don't want my number to ring my normal phone - so i turn it off.

Then I add a skype number to google voice and have it ring that, that way I can have skype on my iphone going over the unlimited data, and I have skype forwarding to my local SIM card, so that my dumb phone rings as well as skype on my iphone, whenever someone calls my US number.

In addition I can use any computer to answer a phone call via skype.

Been doing it like this for years, works great.

Every account I open triggers an alert. The SIP market is very high on the fraud list. Just follow the steps they send you and you're account should be open in 24-48 hours

I opened yesterday. After the fraud alert I followed their steps and Within the hour it was reopened.

Now this will be good -

If there is a voip that can supply an Israeli landline #, and have it forwarded to an Israeli mobile for free.

Like this you can have all incoming calls from US forwarded to a landline, and it will save 0.02 per minute!

What would be better was if they paid you ::)

It costs them a lot of money, why would they give it for free?

actually this is quite a plan! Bezeq have some plans - I currently am on it - where they give you blocks of x amount of minutes, which includes to landline and cell, and I always have many minutes remaining.
