I recently changed service to Verizon and i just realized that they did a inquiry on my credit report anyone has experience with them to take it off?

Unfortunately that is standard procedure for them. The only to not have a hard pull would be for you to have $500 on deposit with them. Now that they did the pull, I don't know if that options is still relevant.
