Mine works just fine. I'm using chrome. Perhaps try another browser?

I'm having the same issue in chrome. But it;s only with my google apps account not my regular gmail account

I can access the Google apps aka Play. Is that what you're referring to?

I am using Firefox and its working just fine!

EDIT: just rechecked and mine went down too. it is not a browser problem, its a server problem.
